1) Agreement

By using NovaDesk, you agree to these Terms. If using on behalf of a company, you represent you’re authorized.

2) Service

NovaDesk provides lead capture, messaging, qualification, booking, and reporting. We may improve or modify features.

3) Accounts & lawful use

You’re responsible for your account, content, and compliance with laws (including consent for messaging). No spam, abuse, or illegal use.

4) Messaging consent and SMS policy

By providing your phone number on our website or through our services, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from NovaDesk related to scheduling, demos, and customer support. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to provide the phone number you submit for messaging.

5) Fees & billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.

6) Client data

You own your data. You grant us a limited license to process it to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy.

7) Integrations

Use of third-party tools (e.g., Twilio, Calendly) is subject to their terms. You’re responsible for your accounts and costs there.

8) Disclaimers

Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

9) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months prior to the event.

10) Termination

You can cancel anytime; we may suspend/terminate for breach or risk. Upon termination, we may delete data after a retention period.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
